Flowii privacy notice

This notice describes the Flowii private preview. Flowii processes account and creator content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

What we process

• Account email, display name, sign-in provider identifiers, sessions, and security tokens.
• Uploaded videos and derived HLS, captions, transcripts, chapters, objects, text, and embeddings.
• Private notes, bounded Ask messages, preferences, support requests, and operational logs.
• Basic request metadata used for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and cost control.

How it is used and shared

Google Cloud hosts storage, databases, processing jobs, and Google AI services. Resend may deliver account email. A chosen OAuth provider processes sign-in. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded content for advertising. Published flows and their frozen interactive layer are public to anyone with the link; drafts and notes are not.

Retention and deletion

Draft and account data are retained while the preview account is active and for a limited period needed for backups, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Publishing creates public playback copies; unpublishing withdraws them. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, use the account deletion path. We verify account ownership before acting.

Security, location, and children

Flowii uses access controls, encrypted transport, managed secrets, private draft storage, and backups, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Preview processing is primarily in the United States. The preview is intended for adults and is not directed to children or offered for school use.
