Publish your first flow

Flowii's private preview is designed for short, visual learning videos. Processing is queued and may take several minutes; you can leave the Flows page and return without losing progress.

1. Upload

Sign in with a creator account, open Flows, give the lesson a clear title, and upload one MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, or AVI file up to 2 GB. Upload only material you own or have permission and consent to process and share.

2. Process

Flowii prepares HLS playback, captions, transcript structure, and creator-requested object tracks. Layout detection works best for screen recordings; specific prompts work best for a small number of visually distinct real-world objects. Failed stages can be retried from the flow row.

3. Review

Keep useful tracks and delete false detections. Use trim, split, merge, or a new prompt to repair model output; model-produced geometry is not redrawn. Add plain-language descriptions, supporting links, and prepared URL actions. Use manual shapes only for objects you intentionally create.

4. Publish and test

Publish freezes a lightweight interactive layer and copies only viewer playback assets to public delivery. Open the Watch link in a signed-out browser, test captions, seeking, layer reveal, external actions, Ask, and deep links before sharing it. Unpublish immediately if anything should no longer be public.
