Flowii support

Start with the creator quick start. For a processing or playback issue, include your account email, flow URL or slug, browser, approximate time, the stage that failed, and what you expected. Do not email passwords, sign-in links, private notes, or raw secrets.

Service expectations

Preview processing is queued and may be delayed by model capacity. Retry a failed stage once; if it fails again, contact support before starting duplicate runs. There is no preview SLA. Safety, privacy, account-access, and takedown reports are prioritized over product questions.
