Flowii preview terms
By using the private preview, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. The preview is experimental, may change, and has no uptime or support SLA.
Your content and permission
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Flowii a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transcode, analyze, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate the service and, when you publish, make the flow available to viewers. You represent that you have the necessary rights, releases, and consent for every upload and instruction.
Acceptable use
Do not upload, publish, or use Flowii for content or activity that:
- is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or violates another person's privacy;
- contains nonconsensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, threats, or exploitation;
- contains malware, credential theft, doxxing, spam, or attempts to bypass service security;
- uses the service to make high-impact medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety decisions without qualified human review.
AI and external links
Automated transcripts, objects, descriptions, and answers may be incomplete or wrong. Creators must review output before publication, and viewers must verify important information. Prepared actions open external services governed by their own terms; Flowii does not control those services.
Enforcement, takedown, and termination
We may restrict or remove content or accounts to protect people, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve service integrity. Report urgent or unlawful material through Report content. You may stop using the preview and request deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from preview use. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
